Celebrity Waiter Fundraiser Gala

Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc., Phi Alpha Omega Chapter, in partnership with the Tea Rose Foundation of Northwest Arkansas, hosts an annual fall fundraiser, historically called Celebrity Waiter. Funds raised not only provide college scholarships for deserving high school, undergraduate, and graduate students from our community, but also support our health, education, social justice, and poverty initiatives. Since its inception, more than 300 students have been awarded scholarships valued at almost $400,000. 

This year's event will honor Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), celebrating their significant contributions to higher education and leadership. Our Celebrity Waiters will be esteemed HBCU leaders, making this a night to remember.

Join the fun, support your favorite waiter, bid in the silent and live auctions, and help us reach our fundraising goal! Proceeds will support scholarships for deserving students and support community programs of service including health awareness, poverty and social justice initiatives.

Entertainment includes regional favorite The Rodney Block Collective. Jaclyn House of KNWA Fox24 will serve as the emcee.
