Greetings on behalf of the Tea Rose Foundation of Northwest Arkansas members and thank you for visiting our website.
Founded in Bentonville, AR in 2008, our Foundation is a public charity designated as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. It is organized for charitable, educational, and literary purposes. Its mission is to promote educational advancement, financial literacy, health awareness, and social justice in the Northwest Arkansas community. Our vision is to improve the quality of life of local residents and enrich our Northwest Arkansas community through positive programming and charitable donations with a particular interest in communities of color.
The Foundation’s strategic programming beneficiaries and/or partners include, but are not limited to, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), the University of Arkansas Black Alumni Society, Canopy NWA, Ozark Literary Council, AR Immigration Defense, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated - Northwest Arkansas Chapter, We Write for You, Samaritan Community Center, Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter, the Northwest Martin Luther King, Jr. Council, and local schools. Through its annual Celebrity Waiter fundraiser, the Foundation raises funds and administers the Phi Alpha Omega Chapter Memorial Scholarship Program for qualified high school, undergraduate, and professional/ graduate schools.
